Rotating level by rotating camera

Hi, I am resuming my idea and doing some tests: changing camera angle I obtain this
How can I rotate the camera and keep the correct visible area?
Then I will have to change the player (the ball) direction/angle so that it can go up in the new camera position, and not relatively to the stage: Player class extends FlxNapeSprite, and if I rotate it in the opposite side of the camera I only obtain to rotate the Bitmap, but the movements remain unchanged.
